Ursel Phillips Fellows Hopkinson LLP is a Toronto law firm specializing in labour and employment law. In 2013, the firm changed its name from Green & Chercover to better reflect the new leadership of the firm.
While the name had changed, their advice and representation to unions, professional associations and individual employees with respect to all aspects of the working relationship, including labour relations litigation, human rights, pension and employment benefits, health and safety, workers’ compensation, professional discipline, criminal defense, civil litigation including appellate work, Charter of Rights and public interest advocacy, and class actions had remained the same. The firm still stood for a longstanding commitment to justice in the workplace.
With an amazing tagline “Justice at Work” already in place and a new name on the horizon, the firm was looking for a brand, marketing and website development partner that could help them. They reached out to Cubicle Fugitive to create a new brand by including a modern logo and rolled this new brand onto the new website, stationery and signage for the firm, as well as holiday cards, invitations, a microsite and a student brochure.
