Impressed by our focus and expertise in legal services marketing, Cunningham Bounds selected Cubicle Fugitive to investigate, articulate and promote a brand position that was meaningful to referring law firms, current and potential clients, as well as employees of the firm. As part of our process, Cubicle Fugitive performed an exhaustive review of all internal and public documentation and research performed for the firm, as well as, completed a competitive audit. We developed a new brand position, key messaging, new tagline, and executed the brand strategy across the firm’s collateral both online and off.
Since 2014, Cubicle Fugitive has worked with Cunningham Bounds to redesign and develop their new website, refresh their brand, write new content for the website, create a sophisticated online case module, design all new business collateral including a book sold on Amazon outlining the step-by-step process of hiring the right personal injury lawyer, designed a new brochure, online and printed newsletters, as well as develop the firm’s social media presence and create ad campaigns for both print and digital platforms. We have also developed a television commercial which aired on the local network in Mobile, Alabama.
