Bergeron Clifford, established in 1999, is a personal injury law firm in Ontario specializing exclusively in cases such as motor vehicle accidents, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, medical malpractice, insurance denials, slips and falls, and long-term disability benefits. Known for their friendly, knowledgeable, and warm approach, the firm combines professional expertise with a client-centered focus, helping individuals navigate challenging times with care and guidance.

The firm partnered with Cubicle Fugitive to conceptualize, design, and produce a series of premium brochures that would showcase their expertise, support brand awareness, and elevate their presence in the marketplace. These materials were intended for use at client meetings and conferences and needed to compete visually with high-end Bay Street law firms, moving away from dated, inconsistent, or amateur-feeling designs.

Visual Strategy

To bring the brochures to life, we sourced a large library of premium stock imagery that reflected the firm’s values and diverse client base. Key considerations included:

•  People-focused imagery: Highlighting families, friends, individuals, and healthcare professionals in everyday moments—supporting each other, celebrating successes, and navigating challenges.
• Diversity and inclusion: Featuring a wide range of ages, races, abilities, and occupations, including people with disabilities, urban and rural residents, and professionals such as healthcare workers.
• Automobile and environment diversity: For the automobile brochure, we included cars, pickup trucks, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and ATVs to reflect everyday use and varied lifestyles.
• Urban and rural settings: Cityscapes representing Ottawa and Kingston offices, as well as landscapes and farm settings for rural clients.
• Tone and sensitivity: Avoiding triggering imagery of accidents, crashes, or injury, instead emphasizing care, togetherness, and positivity.

The result was a warm, approachable, and visually premium look that reinforced Bergeron Clifford’s professionalism and client-centered approach.

Production and Delivery

Beyond design, Cubicle Fugitive managed the full production process, coordinating directly with printers to ensure that every brochure and insert met the firm’s high standards for print quality. The final materials were consistent, polished, and ready for immediate use in client meetings and conference distribution.

Bergeron Clifford expressed strong satisfaction with the project, praising the premium look and feel of the brochures and their ability to communicate warmth, professionalism, and the firm’s expertise. The redesigned materials elevated the firm’s presence, helping them stand out in a competitive market while maintaining a client-first approach.
