As part of our branding exercise, Cubicle Fugitive worked with the firm to identify their points of difference and positioning. This was completed through an extensive research and discovery phase, including a series of stakeholder interviews. At its core, Bergel Magence is a “family firm”, with this concept so ingrained in the identity of the firm, Cubicle Fugitive developed this concept into an overarching theme which was then translated into website messaging and copy. This included copywriting headlines and content for sections such as, “Why Choose Bergel”, “How We Help”, “What to Expect”, and “What to Do After an Accident”.

With this target market in mind, the messaging was crafted to reflect the firm’s exceptional service, compassionate care, support, and guidance throughout the personal injury claims process.
