Charney Lawyers hired Cubicle Fugitive to help investigate, articulate, and promote a brand position for the firm that would be meaningful to current and potential clients, partners, and staff. In determining what makes Charney Lawyers unique, Cubicle Fugitive conducting interviews with key stakeholders at the firm, as well as performed research on the firm and their competitors to identify a distinctive and sustainable competitive advantage that would guide positioning and messaging.

The refined brand messaging was also rolled out across the new website banners.

From there Cubicle Fugitive drafted brand messaging including taglines, headlines, and content for their new website pages, such as About Us, Our Team, What We Do, and Join Our Team. The firm wanted to take a literal approach to their messaging with the emphasis on their commitment to excellence in advocacy. The refined brand messaging was also rolled out across the new website banners.
