To support their evolving business development needs, Glaholt Bowles LLP engaged Cubicle Fugitive to create a digital-first brochure that captures who they are, what they do, and why they do it best. The brochure was designed to serve multiple purposes, including as a digital attachment in emails, a printed leave-behind for client meetings and conferences, and a customizable component in future RFP proposals.

The firm had previously developed a short promotional flyer in-house but wanted to expand it into a more professional, strategically organized piece that better reflected its reputation as a leader in construction law.

Strategic Foundation, Tailored Content

We began the process with a strategic discovery meeting to better understand the firm’s goals for the brochure, how it would be used, and what messaging was most important to include. From there, we audited their website and existing materials and developed all new content—from headlines and section titles to fully written copy for each section.

The brochure was structured around five key sections:

  • Cover Page

  • Why Glaholt Bowles LLP
  • What We Do (organized by industries and practice areas)
  • Back Cover with Contact Information

A Value Proposition Designed to Be Seen

The “Why Glaholt Bowles LLP” section was a focal point of the brochure and central to differentiating the firm. Understanding that readers often skim before committing to a full read, we structured this page to communicate the firm’s value quickly and clearly.

We crafted a series of bold, benefit-driven subheadings, each followed by concise copy that expanded on the firm’s strengths:

  • Big Firm Resources, Boutique Firm Service.
  • We Speak Your Language.
  • Engaged, Responsive and Client-Focused.
  • Innovative and Agile Problem Solvers.
  • Trusted When the Stakes Are High.

This format was intentionally designed to give readers a strong sense of the firm's identity at first glance while offering more depth for those who want to dig deeper and better understand its differentiators.

Modern Design, Built for Flexibility

Our design team brought the content to life with a layout that complements the firm’s clean, professional website. The brochure incorporates the firm’s brand fonts and signature blue, with clear section breaks, ample white space, and consistent typography. Construction-focused imagery, which was sourced to align with the firm’s digital presence, adds a strong visual element and appeal throughout, without overwhelming the content.

The final brochure was built in Adobe InDesign to allow for easy internal edits and customization. The firm’s brochure is now a modern, versatile asset that can be used confidently across a wide range of client and marketing touchpoints.
