RAR Litigation: Newsletter Design and Electronic Communications

Following the successful launch of the firm’s website, RAR Litigation continued to partner with Cubicle Fugitive to revamp its digital communications with two distinct but complementary newsletter solutions, one for Campaign Monitor and one for LinkedIn. These branded e-newsletter templates would allow the firm to share thought leadership, firm updates, and insights directly with clients and professional contacts.

For the firm’s e-newsletter, we refreshed the existing Campaign Monitor template to include new content fields and design features such as branded mastheads for each practice area, a featured article, firm news, client testimonials, and clear call-to-actions linking to key resources. On LinkedIn, we created two coordinated newsletter templates—one for Construction Litigation and one for Commercial Litigation—each with a consistent structure and distinct branding.

Our team handled the setup, testing, and launch of the first editions across both platforms, ensuring a seamless rollout, and provided guidance to support the firm in creating and distributing future issues.

Together, these newsletters provide RAR Litigation with powerful tools to enhance client relationships, expand brand visibility, and affirm its thought leadership, each channel playing to its strengths.

Recognizing the unique strengths of each channel, we designed a reusable, visually engaging e-newsletter template along with an inaugural issue that showcases the firm’s brand and stories in a polished, approachable format. This email newsletter is optimized for seamless viewing on both mobile and desktop devices, allowing RAR Litigation to customize call-to-action buttons according to the campaign.

At the same time, understanding the growing importance of social media engagement, Cubicle Fugitive created two LinkedIn newsletter templates explicitly tailored for RAR Litigation’s Construction and Commercial Litigation practices. These LinkedIn newsletters serve as a direct, brand-consistent way for the firm to publish thought leadership and firm updates natively on the platform, connecting organically with its professional network.

Both projects were shaped through collaborative strategy and research to ensure relevancy and usability. The email newsletter template was integrated with the firm’s existing email platform and tested across devices, while new segmentation capabilities support targeted communications.
