Cohen Hamilton Steger (CHS): Logo Design
Project
With the creation of their new and compelling practice, Cohen Hamilton Steger & Co. contacted Cubicle Fugitive to help establish the visual brand and identity for the firm.
The inspiration for the firm’s new icon came from their three overlapping areas of business—damages quantification, business valuation, and forensic accounting—and the firm’s three partners. We worked closely with Peter Steger to create a logo and brand messaging that highlighted the combined synergy of the partners, services, and client value proposition.
The firm’s brand is memorable and timeless. As the firm approaches their 10th year of service, we look forward to revitalizing their brand online.
The triangle icon signifies the strength, stability, and precision of the firm’s work. The combined, all-lowercase typeset firm name is personable, approachable, and showcases the combined power of the team over the individual. Our selected colour palette of blue, purple, and grey was to symbolize the stability and reliability of the firm’s work, combined with their premium level of client service. With a desire to stand out from other accounting and consultancy firms, we incorporated a subtle hint of bright, vibrant green, a colour used sparingly online to signify their unique approach in a traditionally conservative business area.
The firm’s brand is memorable and timeless. As the firm approaches its 10th anniversary of service, we look forward to revitalizing its online brand.
