Prominent business lawyers for mid-market companies in Ontario, Torkin Manes LLP has been working with their clients on developing new, and acquiring existing, Canadian businesses. Understanding how important foreign investment is to our economy, the firm has produced a guide “Doing Business in Canada: A Legal Overview” to highlight some of the fundamental issues that foreign businesses and decisionmakers need to consider when evaluating Canada as a possible investment destination.

We worked with the firm to design an extensive brochure and book that is available online and in a printed format for their clients.
