The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) is the professional association for law clerks in the province of Ontario. ILCO provides and promotes both general and professional education to its members, increasing their knowledge, efficiency, and professional abilities.

ILCO approached Cubicle Fugitive to refresh the design and functionality of its website, aiming to enhance the online experience for its members on both desktop and mobile devices, as well as to increase the site’s effectiveness in generating new members. The result is a new website with a bright and engaging design that is also easier to navigate. It is search-engine optimized and can easily be updated by ILCO using an intuitive content management system (CMS).

Emphasis has been placed on increasing membership by highlighting member benefits and calls to action throughout the site. We also worked closely with ILCO to assist with the migration of their current Membership database to new third-party software (Member365). With membership management now being facilitated through Member365, we integrated it with their events, courses, and job modules. The new website promotes continued learning for Law Clerks in Ontario and offers a series of programs, courses, events, and presentations, so it was crucial that the software be integrated with the modules. Cubicle Fugitive also acted as a consultant, assisting in the setup of email templates and module configuration in the new Member365 system.
