Cubicle Fugitive was retained to help KSV Advisory write new brand messaging, professional profiles, and provide guidance on the firm’s new case studies module and expertise content. Post launch, we have also worked with the firm to write social media content and news stories including the firm’s announcement of Douglas Hyatt and Elizabeth Gjata that was featured in Lexpert Magazine.
In conjunction with the firm’s website project, our team of writers started by better understanding the firm, their clients, the sectors they work in, and the mandates they work upon. By interviewing the firm’s Managing Partners, referrals, and clients, we gained tremendous insight into the inner workings of the firm and their value proposition. Armed with this knowledge, we developed all new content for the “Who We Are” “Why Us” “What to Expect” and “Join Us” sections of their website.

For the firm’s bios, we developed a recommended structure and tone for their new profiles and interviewed the professionals to get a clear sense of who they were. Wherever possible, and respecting the nuances of every professional’s specific area of focus and the particular needs of their client base, we sought to create a consistent and cohesive format for every bio, while ensuring each introduction created a great first impression that set the individual apart from others, both inside and outside the firm. We rounded out the profiles with background on their experience and expertise then backed it up with substantive examples of their work with high profile clients.
Concerning the firm’s services and industry content, we provided competitive intelligence and insight into terminology and areas of focus that helped advise the firm on writing more fulsome descriptions of the areas they serve.
We also provided guidance on the structure, formatting, and the visualization of the firm’s expansive case studies. While the firm’s previous website content was technically accurate, it wasn’t as accessible as it could be. Ideally, we wanted the firm’s expertise and experience copy to be rewritten in layman’s terms for clients who may be unfamiliar with this process. From substance and tone, to providing a final edit for clients and bots, we worked in concert with the firm’s professionals to redevelop almost all of the firm’s website content.
KSV now has content across their website that captures the personality, work ethic and unique brand attributes that define the KSV reputation. The messaging is consistent and cohesive, providing clients and website visitors with an understanding of who KSV is and what they bring to the table.
