Since 2008, Cubicle Fugitive has been working with Partners Indemnity on all of their digital needs. We have designed and developed two websites that have helped to position them as a leading brokerage in Canada.
Partners Indemnity Insurance Brokers originated in 1923 and their Burlington branch opened in 1999. They have grown through their approach to executive class service, providing around-the-clock solutions when clients need them, and leaving no risk to chance. They work with clients to develop action plans to mitigate risk by assessing and addressing the unique challenges their client’s company faces.
Having worked previously with Cubicle Fugitive on their previous website and other marketing projects, Partners Indemnity wanted to update their online presence with a new website that is professional yet approachable. In 2016, we reimagined the website from the ground up. Although still built on the same enterprise CMS that we started with, the upgraded platform offered a host of enhancements from mobile responsiveness, social sharing of content, SEO enhancements, and an improved administrative interface.
To further enhance the UX and drive new leads to the brokerage, we developed a host of quick access custom forms that could be filled out and submitted online to speed up the quoting process.
We designed and developed a website to compete with other much larger brokerages. The design puts the focus on the client and their industries and how Partners’ deep knowledge and commitment to their clients provide them the edge to mitigate risk and secure the longevity of their company.
Working closely with Partners Indemnity, we established a more modern and impactful look using large-format photos, a stylistic grey overlay, clean fonts, custom bio photos, and generous spacing to create breathing room throughout the site. We developed a team, business insurance, advisory and claims service, industry, news, and FAQ modules that all seamlessly interlink for an intuitive and engaging user-experience. Cubicle Fugitive researched and wrote all new content for the brokerage's service and industry pages with an eye to both SEO and client impact. We focused the messaging of the home page banners, broker profiles, and inside page content around Partner Indemnity’s insurance experience and knowledge, personalized service, and great attention to detail. We also art directed new corporate headshots for the firm’s website.
